WHAT IS COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY?

The colon and the effect of different disorders on its condition. Colonic hydrotherapy can improve these.
Colonic hydrotherapy or irrigation is an internal bathing and workout of the colon. It is the most effective detox the body can experience as you are literally washing out the body's main waste disposal unit.
Imagine leaving food rotting away in a kitchen bin for days, if not weeks, months or years. You wouldn't willingly be in the same room as something so putrid and toxic! Now picture your colon or large intestine - it should be emptied everyday- if not, consider the above analogy. As time goes on you are literally carrying this very old kitchen bin around with you internally!
When the body suffers with chronic constipation, disease, yeast overgrowth (Candida), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and diarrhoea there can be reabsorption into the blood stream of toxins that should have emptied via the bowel. This is known as auto-intoxication or leaky gut. The consequence of this is that the other eliminative organs of the body have to deal with more toxins than necessary and can suffer too. Any conditions related to the kidneys, skin, lungs and lymphatic system can have their origins in a congested colon. The liver, cardiovascular system and nervous system are also susceptible to auto-intoxication resulting in fatigue, heaviness and feeling low. This is where colon hydrotherapy can help.
Following a colonic, a feeling of lightness and improved mental and physical well being may be instantly experienced due to the treatment releasing a great amount of toxins, gas and waste and therefore easing the burden these were previously taking on the body. The number of treatments required to maintain these positive effects is dependent on the individual - their toxic load and lifestyle prior to and following the treatment. Colonics are not a magic pill which enables you to continue with bad habits and get away with them! However if you are willing to take responsibilty for your health by a good diet and a good level of hydration (this doesn't mean you have to eat constantly like a gerbil - just be good to yourself 75% of the time and you'll get away with a little abuse!!!) an occasional colonic treatment will give every system in your body a boost of vitality.
